She started her career in the civil service relocating to London with the Fraud Department, honing her relationship management skills during this period.
She then embarked on a career change into the hospitality industry becoming one of the youngest single female licensees for Allied Domecq. Through liaison with local business Watc, she became interested and involved in the security industry and made a second career move to utilise her extensive management experience in this field.
During Tracy’s 12 year career within the security industry, she had the opportunity to work with many corporate clients and played an active part in retaining, growing and generating new business opportunities for her employer.
Throughout her career, Tracy has focused on developing skills to become an expert when liaising with existing and new customers and facilitating good working relationships within the soft services sector.
She currently manages the relationship with a major client facilitating the opportunity of learning within its varied workforce.
