As the co-founder of Jigsaw Training, Sue is an experienced and enthusiastic trainer with BSc. Honours in Applied Psychology. She believes that attitudes are the root cause for all behaviours in the workplace.
After working as a trainer in sales, customer service and presentation skills with Thomson Holidays, Sue was asked to join Carnival Cruise Lines as a project manager for the training and development of managers and team members joining new liners.
On returning to the UK, before setting up Jigsaw Training, Sue worked as a business development executive and training consultant for a Yorkshire based management development consultancy.
Her innovative and committed approach highlights her proven ability to design and deliver fresh, stimulating and dynamic training solutions that make a positive difference in a competitive world.
