After a career within the military, Mark moved into the private security industry responsible for the day to day management of local and national contracts and the development of new and existing business.
To carry out this role, the development of employees was paramount, whilst also ensuring the operational needs of the customer were maintained.
Mark joined Jigsaw Training in 2004. Since then he has been key to ensuring Jigsaw Training’s strategy to support and develop competencies within the facilities industry.
Mark is a dynamic leader with strong management skills, with an ability to motivate the managers and the delivery teams to meet customer demands.
He brings considerable sector expertise with a practical operational approach ensuring our clients receive a fit for purpose, bespoke delivery strategy whilst maintaining a sustainable business model, enabling our business to remain a market leader within our industry.
