Profiling

What is it?
Personal Behaviour Profiling is a sophisticated and trusted piece of computer
software that asks the participant to respond to a series of questions,
and from the answers given, builds a report that highlights themes and
motivations in that individual's workplace behaviour.
How Does it Work?
Reports are generated from responses to various questionnaires and quantify
information on how we perceive ourselves and how others may perceive us.
Respondents have the opportunity to immediately increase their knowledge
of themselves and how they interact with others, resulting in increased
effectiveness.
