From M6 Junction 31

Leave the M6 at J31 and follow the signs to Preston. You will pass the Tickled Trout Hotel on your right. Travel up the hill (Brockholes Brow) and after approx ½ mile; turn right at the mini roundabout onto the A5085, Blackpool Road. (Johnson’s the cleaners is on your left and the Cemetery is on your right)

Continue along Blackpool Road for about 4-5 miles until you reach the Chrysler Garage on your left. (You will go through many sets of lights, just keep going until you reach the Chrysler Garage!!) At the Chrysler Garage turn left so the park area is on your right, onto Pedders Lane. At the Traffic Lights, go straight on onto Pedders Way. (You will pass McDonald’s on your left.

At the mini roundabout, turn right onto Navigation Way.

Take your second right onto Ferry Road.

Follow Ferry Road Round to the left and we are the far right hand building.
