Leading food and support services provider Compass Group UK & Ireland has chosen training specialist Jigsaw Training to deliver a comprehensive apprenticeship programme to hundreds of colleagues across its business.
The partnership, which is for three years, will see more than 1,500 frontline employees receive the training needed to complete a Level 2 apprenticeship in areas including customer service, retail, cleaning, food and beverage service, support services in healthcare, business administration and team leadership.
Jigsaw Training’s services will meet the standards of NOCN and City & Guilds as well as all Ofsted requirements. This will include identification of suitable employees, competent assessment, delivery of training, reviews, ongoing support, assessment and verification of internal systems and exams.
