This award covers areas such integrity, gathering of information from witnesses, gathering information from suspects, health and safety, using CCTV and securing physical evidence.

• Static and Patrol guarding Supervisor / Manager.
• Retail security Supervisor / Manager.
• Reception security Supervisor / Manager.
• Door supervision Supervisor / Manager.
• CCTV operation Supervisor / Manager. 

  

The qualification covers all areas which are common to all security supervisors and managers but also enables the learner to specialise in a specific security area.

• Unit 2 - Physical Security Operations and Management 
• Unit 3 - Information and Personnel Security Operations Management
• Unit 4 - Private Security and the Law
