Our Employer Engagement Strategy is currently summarised as:
- To work in partnership with employers.
- To be regarded by national and local employers as a responsive, efficient and reliable provider of high quality provision.
- To be a key national provider of Train to Gain, NVQ’s & Apprenticeships to the facilities industry.
- Have an excellent reputation and high profile with employers stimulating demand.
- Working with employers to meet their needs for skills and qualification to make them successful.
Jigsaw Training has a clear strategy for working with employers, with 7 tangible targets to measure the effectiveness of the strategy;
1 To achieve grade 2 Ofsted Inspection report during our 2010 full Inspection.
2 To generate and deliver to 3000 learners per academic year in the facilities industry by 2009 – 2010
3 To achieve 90% customer satisfaction and repeat business by December 2010
4 To achieve in excess of 90% learner success rates by July 31 2010
5 To have a client base of 15 employers in the facilities industry by March 2011
6 To engage with 3 large employers (5000 staff plus) before March 2011
7 To maintain 100% external verifier satisfaction across all awards
