Our Approach
There are many training programmes that tackle the issues of conflict resolution, disengagement and defensive tactics etc, however many of these are ‘off the shelf’ and are delivered in a classroom environment.

Jigsaw Training believes that learning comes through understanding and understanding comes from experience.  Experience and learning is based upon ‘person to person’ interaction, and that is the way our courses will be run.  We will deliver both a ‘practical’ and a ‘theoretical’ approach to all training by providing a range of individual and group tasks to help develop awareness through experiential learning.  There will be nothing difficult or threatening and individuals will be encouraged to join in at whatever level they feel comfortable.  These elements ensure that people from all backgrounds, functions, levels and cultures can benefit from their involvement.

Jigsaw Training will spend time with your company to understand previous training and organisational culture.  We will develop bespoke courses, which compliment previous training to ensure we do not duplicate or omit any areas.  It is essential that we are able to fully understand existing cultures and the roles and responsibilities of the team to be developed.
