Upselling Techniques Training
In order to see profits grow, employees need to encourage customers to spend more money. This training is designed for all staff who are involved in selling the products and services of your organisation. Prior to the training, we will gain a comprehensive list of all products and services for delegates to ‘link together’ during the day. We will show delegates that they are doing a disservice to their customers if they do not up-sell or cross-sell. Delegates will learn the importance of knowing and understanding all products and services that organisation has to offer.
