| Recruitment & Assessment Centres Assessment Centres are used to evaluate candidate’s suitability to undertake training and development programmes. They can also be used to evaluate candidates that have been already been through other selection processes. Via a series of structured exercises, the assessors with gain information about the natural attitudes and behaviours of the candidates. All the activities for the assessment centre will be designed to meet the specific needs of the area you assessing for. To achieve this an accurate analysis will have to be carried out to establish the criteria that the candidates will be measured against.
