Jigsaw Training is a total Training Solutions Company based in Preston, Lancashire. We provide the complete package from Training Needs Analysis, through to the design, administration, delivery, management and evaluation of all programmes.
As we are an approved centre with City & Guilds, Edexcel and NOCN, we are required to be audited for quality and good practice on a continuous basis, which ensures protocols and policies are in place to ensure quality & consistency throughout.
We offer Security and Cleaning Vocational Qualifications delivered as work based Learning (on the job training). We deliver consultancy to Blue Chip companies, small to medium enterprises and individuals alike. Our flexible approach ensures that we can offer solutions to fit in with your needs, be it bespoke training ourses, in customer servive or presentation skills etc, or onsite training and assessment for Nationally Recognised Qualifications.
All of our trainers and assessors are professionally qualified and are highly experienced in the subjects being delivered. They work closely with the individual, their supervisor and the company management to ensure qualifications are achieved and training is delivered with the minimum of disruption to the overall business operation.
Jigsaw Training is recognised as one of the few National Training Providers in the Facilities Industry in the UK. Working with clients ranging from MITIE Group, Reliance Security Services Ltd, (RSSL) The Royal Opera House, GlaxoSmithKline, IOSH, Transport for London and National Express, we provide a personalised and professional service that will improve business performance, enhance reputation in the market place and reduce risk associated with failure to meet service level agreements.
In 2004 we were successful in becoming an approved Learning and Skills Council (LSC) provider and subsequently contracted with the LSC’s in the North West and North East Region on Employer Training Pilot (ETP) and EQ8 projects respectively. These programmes were critiqued and the current national programme for employers known as ‘Train to Gain’, took the best from the pilot schemes and has as its priority, the aim of raising the skills level to a minimum of level 2.
